Farm Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Singasipa farm a private established company dealing with agricultural activities
is inviting applications from suitably, dynamic and motivated Tanzania citizens to
immediately fill vacant positions currently existing in the Board.

JOB TITLE: Farm Manager
LOCATION: SONGWE REGION (MBOZI)
POSITION TYPE: Full Time

DUTIES ANO RESPONSIBILITY
• Contracts with farmers or independent owners for rising of crops or for
management of crop production especially coffee and fruits
• Confers with purchasers and arranges for sale of crops
• Analyzes soil to determine type and quantity of fertilizer required for maximum
production.
• Inspects orchards and fields to determine maturity dates of crops or to
estimate potential crop damage from weather
• Hires, discharges, transfers, and promotes workers, enforces safety
regulations, and interprets policies
• Any task assigned by Board of Directors

QUALIFICATION

• Diploma in Agriculture from a reputable Institution
• At least 1 year experience in Farm Education.
• Ability to work as a team leader
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
