Bar Manager POSITION DESCRIPTION:

A very famous and modern Bar in Arusha city is looking for a competent and experienced person who will work as Bar Manager together with a Restaurant under one roof ( within the same building ). The manager is expected to manage the bar and restaurant in a very professional manner.

Job Description

To manage a bar and a restaurant operations effectively and efficiently
To manage all waiters including bar men/women (counters)
To manager bar cleanliness in its totality
To act as couch to waiters and counters, and make them work as one team
To making sure that customers are respected and given an excellent service all the time. To report what is required to the Bar Director.

Required Qualifications

Should have completed form four and above
Should be a Hotelier by profession
Should have experience in the field not less than 5 years

Interpersonal skills including being a team player;
Good organization and supervisory skills; and
Integrity and commitment to produce results;
Should be an excellent customer service oriented
Should have strong belief in the concept that a Customer is a King and therefore is always right.
