Job Description
This role is responsible for
building and maintaining a relationship with different corporate clients
by providing MFS related services effectively. Meet with clients face
to face to educate and promote MFS products/services.
> CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build and realize sales action plan for corporate client – MFS related services.
• Prepare sales strategy to ensure we achieve given target, this entails building up the pipeline, set KPI’s as well as cross selling within existing account.
• Work closely with corporate sales team to ensure we cross sell MFS products to corporate clients.
• Liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships.
• Deliver overall objectives of key account segments
• Make joint calls for high value customers
• Prepare sales proposals, plans, presentations to be used on sales meetings when necessary
• Prepare strategy to manage the account and set objectives about account management
• Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within the portfolio
• Lead solution development that best address customer needs while involving all necessary stakeholders
• Protectively assesses, clarify and validates customers’ needs on an on-going basis
• Conduct quarterly account review together with Tigo Cash Manager
• Provide leadership in areas of expertise, particularly in ensuring you work closely with product development team in developing/ structuring existing products to suit customer needs
• Provide feedback from the market

Position Requirements
> QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree in marketing, finance ,statistics or related field
