IT and Accounts Officer POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The IT and Accounts Officer is the custodian of the Company Accounting System and is responsible for ensuring that the system is effectively used to support company operations. This includes the following activities;
- In charge of the Company's Accounting System (NAVISION) to ensure that the system is up
and running all the time
- Responsible for ensuring that the accounting system is working properly and can produce
all reports as per customization.
- Advising Management on how to efficiently use the system to run the operations of the
company.
- Troubleshooting all problems that happens with the system and work with the provider to ensure that operations are not jeopardized by any means.
Qualifications .
- Bachelor or Advanced Diploma in IT with certification in NAVISION Accounting Package.
- Experience in using NAVISION Accounting package is added advantage.
