Agent Recruitment Officer will be responsible for Recruiting, Training, Branding and Supporting Bank Agents in his/her district.
This is a commission based role; An Agent Recruitment Officer will be paid per number of agents that he/she Recruited, Trained, Branded or Supporting in his/her district
